All processing is automated, with no human access to your audio or text data.
End-to-end encryption (HTTPS) ensures secure communications between you and our servers.
Your recordings are deleted automatically from our servers as soon as the transcription process is complete.
Google, as our transcription engine provider, adheres to a strict contract prohibiting them from retaining any
audio or transcription data.
Sentry, as our performance monitoring and error tracking provider, addresses issues that arise from the
storage of any audio or transcription data.
Only you have access to your transcription results, which are stored securely in our database and can be
accessed only when you’re signed in or through secure API credentials.
You have the option to delete transcription results anytime. Once deleted, no copies remain on our servers.
Payment Information Privacy
At present, Speecher does not store any payment information directly. All payments are processed through secure
third-party services.
